Material, Grade & Strength
SAE Grade 5 is a medium to high tensile imperial fastener grade used where greater strength than low carbon steel is required. Use compatible imperial nuts and washers of suitable strength.
Finish & Corrosion Protection
Plain finish has no plated corrosion protection and is best used in protected, oiled, painted or indoor environments.
