Delivery Options
1. Collection
If you are based in the Gauteng area, specifically near Pretoria, you have the option of free Collection from the main head office. 72 Struben street, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, 0002
Important to note, you will receive an email when you order is ready for collection, as some items are stored off site. All orders have a lead time of 2-3 days, you will be notified of any changes.
Monday – Friday 08.00AM – 17.00PM, excluding public holidays
2. Courier
The Screwman offers delivery to the whole of Africa, all delivery and tracking details will be made available to you at check out.
3. Screwman Delivery Vans
This option is available for Gauteng only, and will be based on the Registered address when you signed up.
This option allows for Free delivery
Please note this option has a slightly longer lead time
Please allow 5-10 working days for this option
The above is an estimate, you could receive you order before this, based on driver routes.
Delivery Fee
The Screwman offers free delivery on all orders greater than R500.00 (South Africa Only)
Free for all orders selected for Collection at our Head office.
If your order is less than R500.00 or your locations is outside of South Africa, a delivery fee will be displayed in your cart at check out, this fee is based on your Registered location.
Lead Time
The Screwman works with a 2-5 working day lead time, this is for both Collection and Courier options. You will receive notifications on the progress of your order.
While the above is our Goal, there are times where there are delays, when this happens you will receive a notification confirming a new delivery date.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link once your order is placed, as well as receive updates on the progress of your order.
